Can anyone suggest good supplements for bone health?
You can try this 'VitaNat' product from the U.K:
www.vitanat-wholesale.com
It is a vitamin K2 product made from the natural fermentation of soya beans. Vitamin K2 is associated with the maintenance of healthy bones. There have been loads of research papers on the subject and The European Food Standards Agency recently backed up the claims.
Hope it helps you!

Calcium is what you need. But Calcium doesn't work alone. For best support you need: Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin..etc.
